Dóttir is the duo of the electronic composer Véro Marengère and Juno award winning vocalist Sienna Dahlen. Their first album Mûremers is where cristalline voice meets no-input feedback and electromagnetic fields. It is a dialogue between a dadaist narrative and a celebration of lo-fi sounds. Dóttir has played at the OFF Festival de Jazz (CA), Suoni Per Il Popolo (CA) and CKUT 90.3’s Lesbo Sounds (CA). Mûremers is released on the label Jeunesse Cosmique. The project includes collaborations with theremin player ADM and saxophonist Claire Devlin.
