2. Eligibility

• Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older.

• Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Booking and Payments

• Booking: The free consultation and workshops must be booked in advance via my online platform, and other services via email directly with me.

• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods are limited to Interac transfer.

• Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Refunds are not available for cancellations.

  • Every cancellation is replaced by postponing the service.

4. Confidentiality

We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. However, the following exceptions apply:

• If there is a credible threat of harm to yourself or others.

• For group sessions, confidentiality among participants is encouraged but not guaranteed by me.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided (e.g., toolkits, workshop slides, certification content) are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.

• Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Be punctual for all sessions and workshops.

• Participate actively and respectfully.

• Implement recommendations at your own discretion.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Our services are advisory and educational; results depend on your application of the guidance provided.

• We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on our services.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

8. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Consultant

• I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If I cancel, you will receive many options of dates to reschedule.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation.

10. Modification of Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or on my website. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
