This information will not be disclosed, referenced, or used for any purpose outside the agreed-upon scope of the consultation.

   All records and notes related to meetings and consultations will be stored securely to prevent unauthorized access. Digital records will be encrypted, and physical records will be kept in a locked, secure location.

4. Exceptions
   Confidentiality may only be waived in the following circumstances:

   • If required by law or court order.

   • If there is an imminent risk of harm to an individual or others, as determined by applicable laws.

5. Consent
   Disclosure of any confidential information to third parties will only occur with explicit, prior written consent from the individual(s) or organization(s) involved.
